Today in U.S, numerous of citizens are still exposed from firearms. Once, I visited my friend's house to celebrate his birthday. He showed dad's room secretly and showed me a gun. I was culturally shocked at that time, in South Korea it was illegal to carry a gun. In this article mentioned in every states, they have different gun laws. It is difficult to regulate and tough to make a decision.
Article is related to U.S history because when English and other colonies were established, they needed guns to protect family, house, and lands. It was a proper action to carry guns. If Natives are assaulting settlers' houses then they will fight to survive. Especially for west frontier settlers guns were necessary to them.
Therefore, gun regulation became popular issue and government is trying to regulate guns but it is difficult to control.

Americans have the right to bear arms. However, the government should carefully regulate them not to abuse the right.
답글삭제Yeah I think so too! The guns should be regulated, though.
답글삭제Guns need to be out of US. It is too dangerous to have a gun in the street or anywhere. It has to be gone or be too expensive so that no one can buy it.
답글삭제I think they have to unite the law or regulation about gun. But I agree with you that it is hard to regulate because U.S. are so big.
답글삭제I hope that they get rid of the guns as soon as possible...
